As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be involved in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, and equipment rentals.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services.
Help maintain event budgets and track expenses.
Provide on-site support during events and assist with setup and breakdown.
Assist in the promotion of events through social media and other marketing channels.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of event planning concepts and best practices.
