Altitude Promotions is hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to oversee our B2B sales division. The Account Manager is responsible for district sales effort in accordance with corporate guidelines to increase client base through the implementation of specifically approved sales and marketing programs

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Manages the completion for corporate objectives by individual product lines
• Drives and directs sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals.
• Identifies potential management candidates for development into more senior roles
• Manages line-by-line items of corporate assigned budgets.
• Projects a positive image to clients and the community.
• Works with National Account Mangers to develop mutual objectives and problem-solving issues
• Ensures accurate weekly reports and commission details
• Initiates and participates in and supervises ongoing training of a team of sales representatives, ensuring clear understanding of products and SOPs
• Cultivates a portfolio of clients
• Carefully tracks forecasts and takes corrective action when necessary.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue goals
• Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts

Account Manager Qualifications:

• Field of study in Accounting, Business Administration, or Marketing
• Prior experience in sales or customer success
• Team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to effectively delegate tasks and assignments
• Must thrive in a team environment
