Job Description

We are currently looking for a bright, committed and ambitious attorney with seven or more years of experience to join our Trial and Litigation Practice Group, with a focus on eminent domain. This position is open to our San Diego, Los Angeles or Oakland office.

Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials, outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities, superior research and writing skills, and a strong work ethic. In addition, a successful candidate will have a proven ability to work in teams and an interest in elevating the Meyers Nave brand and reputation. It is essential that candidates possess significant experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions. We offer a hybrid work schedule with continued work from home opportunities, coupled with core “in office” days with colleagues to promote collaboration and collegiality. The salary range for this California-based role is $175,000 – $260,000, and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Meyers Nave offers a reasonable billable hours requirement, annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses, competitive health insurance benefits, 401(k) with a partial match and profit-sharing.

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, transcript and two substantive writing samples.
