Job Title: EDI Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 2-3 months, extendable

Call notes:

• Help manage a number of EDI trading partners and they constantly onboarding new ones.
• Needs support due to bandwidth constraints with both new and existing partners, including onboarding issues.
• Experience required with NetSuite and TrueCommerce.
• Mapping is handled by a developer, so this role will not perform mapping.
• Work in a sandbox environment; testing, review guidelines from trading partners.
• Will work closely with Chris, assisting with partner implementation from inception, including training handoffs.
• Support includes installing documents and preparing them for testing.
• Should understand mapping with the TruCommerce tool and the flow: TruCommerce NetSuite WMS (use Softie-On but open to any WMS).
• Multiple concurrent projects: the role will help move these projects forward.
• Can interact directly with trading partners.
• Must be familiar with all EDI standards.
• Currently managing ~15 trading partners, in various states: some fully in production, some with new requests.
