The Director of Data Management will manage complex, cross‑functional projects that enable Visa's commercial data products. This includes planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication for enhanced data and related initiatives. The role requires strong program governance skills, ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and experience coordinating across global teams.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 173,100 to 276,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
