We're opening our doors to a brand new, state-of-the-art dental office in Maple Grove—and we're looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join us from the start. What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform comprehensive assessments, cleanings, scaling and root planing, and apply sealants/fluoride as needed
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene habits, and treatment plans
• Document findings, notes, and procedures accurately in our digital records system
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience
• Help build positive rapport and relationships with new patients as the practice grows
