Customer Service Representative

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for helping others? We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Oshkosh client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a flexible schedule.

Position –  Customer Service Representative

Job Location –  Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date –  ASAP

Employment Term –  Temporary

Employment Type –  Part time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $19 to $20 per hour

Required Experience –  At least 2 years of experience

As the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Assembling and closing shop floor job packets.
• Performing data entry for various departments, including Customer Service, Purchasing, and HR.
• Assisting with mail processing and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Providing backup support for the paint department, including processing labor and issuing purchase orders.

Qualifications 

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent listening skills. You must be able to multi-task effectively , stay organized, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail . We're seeking someone with sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills who can work accurately and efficiently.
