Universal Advisor

Schedule: Tues-Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote during training, then fully remote.

**candidate must be available Monday-Friday 8am-midnight and Saturdays 9am-9pm. Closed Sundays.

Pay: $20/hr with benefits

As a Universal Advisor, you’ll manage customer interactions across multiple support areas including customer assistance, marketing support, and technical inquiries. You’ll build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while resolving cases efficiently and exceeding service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and messaging
• Provide timely and effective case resolutions
• Communicate case updates to team leaders and senior advisors
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development
• Troubleshoot technical issues including connectivity and app concerns
• Attend bi-weekly 1:1s for feedback and performance coaching
• Meet KPIs for service level, customer satisfaction, and timely activity completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 1+ year in luxury customer service
• Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Must be available to work any day Sunday–Saturday based on business needs
