Professional Search Group (PSG) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Agent to join our team. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for answering phones, processing customer orders, and ensuring all data entry is completed accurately. The Customer Service Agent will serve as a key point of contact between our customers, warehouse, shipping/receiving managers, and sales representatives. The Customer Service Agent requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with orders and inquiries
• Process and enter customer orders received via phone and email
• Communicate with customers to provide order updates and resolve issues
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping/receiving managers, and sales reps to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Sort and distribute mail
• Maintain organized filing systems
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with basic math for order and invoice verification
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
