Job Description

The Salon lead will oversee daily operations, manage team scheduling, ensure client satisfaction, and help drive performance. This role requires leadership, professionalism, and a deep understanding of salon operations and guest service. $20 - $25 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform customized scalp treatments and hair services including blowouts, styling, and hydration rituals
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest
• Educate clients on hair health, product use, and at-home care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and treatment areas
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in scalp and hair wellness
• Work collaboratively with a team dedicated to luxury service and client care

• Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required
• Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience with booking software and POS systems
• Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
• Passion for luxury, beauty, and wellness
