A licensed and certified Boise, Idaho water restoration company has an immediate opening for a Construction Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven success record and a minimum of 5 years’ experience of sales in business to business sales and marketing. 

Company specializes in the Water Fire and Mold Restoration as well as a General Contractor for insurance and commercial industry. We seek a top sales/marketing representative to become part of our team. 

Responsibilities include:

• Learn, train on and use our proprietary contact software.
• New Account development.
• Cold calling to set appointments
• One-on-one and group meetings
• Coordinate and conduct training presentations.
• Follow through via letters, literature, email, etc.
• Being persistent to obtain work
• Account Management & follow through
• Learn and understand our messaging and sales strategy
• Increase business with current accounts by delivering personalized service
• Manage new assignments as they come in
• Ensure service needs are being met/exceeded.
• Entertain clients as necessary
• Regular visits to nurture relationships

Desired Qualifications :

• Excellent relationship building skills
• Strong presentation computer organizational and communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to go the extra mile is a must
• Valid DL
• Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment background and drug screen

Compensation package is performance based – and includes base salary , sales commissions, and expenses allowance.
