Construction Feasibility Director - Airport Construction

My Client is a reputable Engineering and CM/PM firm who supports Water, Facilities, Transportation, and Utility owners across California.

They have secured a contract with Los Angeles World Airport to provide pre-design and feasibility support for future underground and horizontal infrastructure upgrades. They are seeking a

a senior construction professional to assume a high level Project Management position. This will be a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

In this role, on behalf of LAWA, you will:

• oversee project teams and contractors to ensure project goals and organizational initiatives are met.
• work closely and collaborate with regulatory agencies during project analysis, planning, and feasibility
• be responsible for CEQA/NEPA and entitlement compliance and regulations
• Manages the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders.
• Provides direction and input on projects from planning through design development stage and construction.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for project and overall program progress, resources, budget, risks and opportunities.

The successful candidate will have:

• 20+ years’ experience in the industry
• Experience with developing projects from cradle to grave (planning/feasibility through design and construction)
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field
• Licensed in AAAE, LEED, PMP, AICP, PE preferred
• Must have previous Airport Construction experience

Position will be onsite full time.

Compensation: $200,000 to $250,000 (relocation or living assistance may be provided for candidates out of the area)
