Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for a wide range of positions using survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson).
  • Manage and maintain broad-based compensation structures including salary ranges , pay grades , and job families .
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on job offers , promotions, and pay adjustments.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle including merit increases, promotions, and bonus recommendations.
  • Develop compensation tools, guides, and training materials for HR and business leaders.
  • Participate in job evaluation and leveling processes , ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration from a compensation perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation laws and regulations.
  • Partner with Finance and HR Systems teams on compensation modeling, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; CCP certification a plus.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on broad-based compensation .
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with compensation tools (e.g., Workday, MarketPay, SAP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and influence stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of compensation theory, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
