As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand, guiding homeowners to the right HVAC solutions for their needs while delivering exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships with homeowners to understand their comfort needs.
• Educate customers on our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Conduct in-home consultations and develop tailored proposals.
• Present options in a clear, confident, and engaging way.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals with integrity and professionalism.
• Stay current on industry trends, equipment, and financing options.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in sales (HVAC experience a plus, but not required-we train!).
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evening/weekends to meet customers’ schedules.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
