Overview:

Our client, a dynamic multi-state operator (MSO) in the cannabis industry, is seeking a visionary CEO to oversee all aspects of Cultivation, Manufacturing, and Retail Operations. This executive will be responsible for achieving financial goals, driving operational excellence, and shaping the organization’s long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience from complex, highly regulated industries such as cannabis, tobacco, or alcohol.

**Location: Candidates must be based in Florida**

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization’s long-term vision, growth strategies, and business objectives.
• Build a high-performance leadership team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the external face of the company with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Financial Management

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
• Drive initiatives to optimize revenue streams, control costs, and deliver on financial goals.
• Partner with the Board of Directors to align financial strategy with long-term business objectives.

Operational Management

• Lead and integrate operations across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Implement operational best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Masters degree REQUIRED
• Proven executive leadership experience, within cannabis, tobacco, alcohol, or other regulated consumer goods industries .
• Strong track record in financial management, strategic growth, and operational leadership.
• Deep understanding of scaling multi-site operations and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
