* Bachelor"s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other engineering discipline
* BS 5+ years experience in process measurement and applications in a manufacturing or industrial or engineering environment.
* Knowledge of chemical processes to effectively analyze, make recommendations and provide resolution to complex problems. Knowledge of OSHA PSM/EPA RMP requirements and associated risk management techniques.
* Ability to lead small groups of people as well as to work independently.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical areas.
