📍 Location: North Memorial Health – Maple Grove Clinic (Internal Medicine) | Maple Grove, MN

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, variable) | 80 hours per pay period

📅 Start Date: October 27, 2025

💼 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

💵 Hourly Range: $22.23 – $27.37 (based on experience)

North Memorial Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the Internal Medicine team at Maple Grove Clinic . The CMA will support providers by managing patient flow, performing clinical procedures, and assisting in the coordination of patient care across diverse age groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rooming, vitals, immunizations, injections, and medication administration as directed by providers.
• Assist with lab specimen collection, basic x-rays (if certified), and point-of-care testing.
• Support communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff.
• Manage prescription refills, prior authorizations, and documentation in EMR.
• Provide front desk/check-in support, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and providers to deliver excellent patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES or CAAHEP).
• Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Certification: Current BLS (AHA) certification – Required.
• Skills: Proficient in EMR documentation, multitasking, communication, and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with patient-focused care.
