Business Systems Analyst II- ONSITE – Irving, TX, Duration – 3 months
Candidates have a solid background in implementation (EMRs and 3rd party applications used in hospitals and clinics like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank. Ancillary areas like Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology related implementation
Responsibilities
The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for leading/guiding project meetings with the core leadership team in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into automated solutions, to include workflow technical design and implementation. This entails advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of the collection system applications as well as working with the facility host support team. Collaborating with customers to enhance their work methodologies and tools.
Requirements
Candidates with substantial healthcare implementation experience. Min 3yrs experience ; required healthcare provider experience (hospitals, clinics), not insurance.
EMR Implementations like Epic, Athena, Cerner to name a few. Epic Modules related projects. 3rd party applications related to departments in the hospitals or related to clinics. Requirements gathering and documentation along with process flows. Experience producing project documentation like project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas.
This position interacts with various stakeholders and therefore requires the contractor to clearly communicate in both verbal and written interactions.
