What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in-person, by phone, and via email
• Answer account questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance
• Accurately update and manage customer records
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Work with multiple departments through cross-training opportunities

What You Bring

• 2+ years of customer service or clerical experience (Required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluency required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Minimum typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Professional, team-oriented attitude

What We Offer

• $17–$20 per hour , paid weekly
