Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Assembly Worker fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in Shelby, AL. The ideal candidate will assist in assembling products according to quality standards while communicating effectively with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products efficiently and accurately according to specifications.
Read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams.
Operate assembly tools and equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors, providing support as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar role preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
