🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team (therapists, case managers, support staff)
• Supervise, coach, and mentor LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs , and other licensed staff
• Oversee mental health programming , including individual therapy, group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management
• Ensure compliance with state licensure , Medicaid/Medicare standards , and evidence-based practices
• Partner with medical, psychiatric, and administrative teams to deliver integrated care
• Develop and implement policies, training, and quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as a thought leader in trauma-informed care , population health , and social determinants of health

✅ Qualifications

• LCSW license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in [New York] — required
• 5+ years of progressive clinical experience in mental health or behavioral health services
• 2+ years of supervisory, administrative, or program leadership experience
• Expertise in areas like trauma-informed care , co-occurring disorders , community mental health , or integrated care
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA , Medicaid documentation , and regulatory compliance
