Job Description
The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational andbehavioral services with children and adults with special needs andcollaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists toachieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.
What You'll Do:
+ Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disorders
+ Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
+ Collect data and track progress
+ Collaborate with families and clinical teams to support meaningful outcomes
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
+ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
+ Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
