Our client is seeking a new associate to join join the Tax Planning and Business Transactions section.
Experience in drafting, research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in Texas.
Prior experience in a law firm environment or accounting firms will be considered.
Candidates with an LL.M. in Tax are preferred,
