About the Practice
The Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory team is recognized for delivering comprehensive support across all areas of life sciences product and healthcare regulation. The practice advises on U.S., EU, UK, and China regulatory strategies, healthcare investments and operations, government investigations, commercial litigation, and policy/government relations. What You’ll Do
· Provide counseling on federal and state healthcare regulation, with a focus on fraud and abuse.
· Advise on healthcare transactions, contracting, and compliance matters.
· Support clients on regulatory strategies, investigations, and operational challenges.
· Collaborate with a highly integrated team on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Ideal Candidate
· Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare regulation.
· Strong background in fraud and abuse counseling, healthcare transactions, and contracting.
· Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Demonstrated academic excellence and strong professional references.
· Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time position is $365,000 – $435,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is also available.
