Position Details

• Part-Time Hours: 15 hours/week
• Schedule: Fridays from 12 PM to 7 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM
• COMPENSATION!!! $72/hour
• Patient Flow: 2 patients per hour, with intentional pacing and support
• Team Culture: Weekly meetings (1–1.5 hours) and ongoing training to help you thrive and be successful
• Start Date: December or January

Are you passionate about Chinese Medicine and collaborative healing? We’re looking for a skilled and experienced acupuncturist who thrives in a team environment and loves helping patients feel better by meeting them wherever they are on their health journey.

Who You Are

• You have a minimum of two years of experience
• You’ve earned an MSTOM or DAOM from an accredited institution and hold a valid Illinois acupuncture license.
• You are a board-certified, Classical Chinese herbalist with a working knowledge of Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue.
• You’re deeply committed to Chinese Medicine and enjoy connecting with patients in a meaningful, energizing way.
• You prefer being part of a supportive team rather than running a solo practice.
• You’re not looking to start your own clinic now—or in the next 5 to 10 years.
• You value clear communication, professional growth, and being coached to succeed.
• You’re quick to learn, reliable, and ready to provide excellent care.
