About - Competitive pay: $140,000–$170,000 annually
- Shift Days: Monday–Friday
- Shift time: Standard business hours, onsite presence required in San Francisco

Required
Education - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience/training)
Certification - Epic Cadence certification
- Epic Referral & Authorization certification
- Epic MyChart certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Epic Decision Tree Badge (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Epic Ambulatory certification
Experience - 3–5 years of related clinical applications experience or equivalent combination of education/training
- Hands-on experience with scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling (open and direct scheduling) workflow build
- Experience supporting Ambulatory Orders workflows in integrated scheduling/referrals
- Experience designing decision trees, workflows, and conversion validation
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Configure, support, and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflows
- Serve as the primary analyst for Cadence, Referrals, and self-scheduling projects
- Support referral management and patient self-scheduling workflows (open and direct scheduling)
- Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to resolve integration issues (especially Ambulatory Orders)
- Analyze, test, and validate Epic upgrades and new releases for operational impact
- Partner with operational leaders to design scalable workflow improvements in patient access
- Provide user support, workflow documentation, and training across professional and technical levels
