We are driving the effort to make Healthcare 3.0 a reality through our AI-enabled health platform. We provide high-precision diagnostic tools and at-home blood testing kits, making frequent and affordable healthcare more accessible.

Sai is SiPhox’s consumer‑facing large‑language‑model assistant, capable of analyzing health data, building action plans, providing insights, and consults for users. Sai is capable of ingesting blood biomarker report images and PDFs and extracting health data with high accuracy.

We’re looking for a lightning-fast builder who thinks from first principles and thrives on turning novel ideas into polished, production-ready software. You have the technical depth to architect distributed AI pipelines, the curiosity to experiment with new models and frameworks, and the discipline to ship code that is both reliable and elegant. • Architect, implement, and scale new features for Sai, our B2B APIs, and the PDF/blood‑test ingestion pipeline.
• Design low‑latency retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and agent workflows that turn raw biomarker data into personalized, guideline‑aware coaching.
• Create deterministic and stochastic suite of tests and simulation environments for quality, safety, bias, and hallucination monitoring.
• Automate regression testing across model families, prompt versions, and guard‑rails.
• Stand up and maintain containerized micro‑services on AWS.
• Instrument real‑time observability and cost dashboards that let us iterate daily.
• Partner with clinical team to translate clinical requirements into shippable code.

• BS (or higher) in  Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Cognitive Science or similar.
• Fluency in  Python plus solid ability with  TypeScript/Node.js or  React .
• Hands‑on experience designing  distributed systems on AWS (or GCP/Azure).
• Working knowledge of modern  LLM tooling (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom RAG pipelines) and fundamental  data‑science/ML concepts .
• Track record of shipping production software  fast and communicating findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI to streamline everyday processes, including development.

• First‑principles, speed, and ownership.   You’ll have autonomy to deploy new features, rewrite system-level prompts, and measure the results—often in the same week.
• In‑person bandwidth.  Most of our core product team sits in our Back Bay office so we can whiteboard, push code, and run experiments together at speed.
