About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations.
  • Develop business strategies that leverage our products to meet customers’ needs and ensure business results.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to elevate sales in designated territories.
  • Perform marketing research and manage territory.
  • Support in-service training and subsequent support to ensure products are leveraged in addressing patient needs.
  • Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner via Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist with post-sale customer issues.
  • Work productively with other Sales Representatives to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with company staff to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

  • Work with discipline and organization, leveraging tools and technologies available to create the transparency needed to partner effectively with others in the organization to meet and exceed clients’ expectations and commitments.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of overall medical products sales experience and preferred in the Aesthetics/Dermatology/Plastic fields.
  • 3+ plus years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and preferred Salesforce software.

Preferred Skills

  • Aesthetics/ Derm/ Plastics Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Customer relationship management: 3 years (Preferred)
