Job Description

Administrative Assistant to Executive Leadership

This role is built for someone who thrives in structure, takes pride in mastering the details, and finds energy in solving complex problems with data. You are the steady hand that creates order, builds systems, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks — no matter how fast things are moving around you.

At Munie Greencare Professionals, you won’t just answer phones or schedule meetings. You’ll work side-by-side with our President and executive team, providing high-level administrative and operational support that directly fuels our growth. From compliance tracking and reporting dashboards to travel coordination, property administration, and project execution, this is a role where precision and accountability matter.

We are a family-owned company with 15 locations nationwide and over 300 employees, proudly serving commercial, government, and military clients for nearly 40 years. At Munie, our mission is simple: to deliver excellence every day through safety, integrity, trust, and exceeding expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on safety, sales, production, service calls, and performance.
  • Manage licenses, certifications, renewals, and compliance deadlines across multiple business areas.
  • Oversee equipment and fleet management including GPS tracking, licenses, registrations, and loss/churn reporting.
  • Support capital expenditures and purchasing, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Coordinate executive travel, lodging, and property administration.
  • Track and organize executive correspondence, subscriptions, and contracts.
  • Maintain structure and process discipline in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • A structured, detail-driven professional with a strong drive to master assignments and follow through to completion.
  • Ability to self-analyze data, identify patterns, and develop insights independently.
  • Comfortable working for extended periods in focus mode, with the flexibility to adapt when priorities shift.
  • Fact-based, straightforward communicator who can be socially approachable when needed.
  • Thrives in environments of change, shifting deadlines, and high expectations, but prefers to bring order and routine to complexity.
  • Highly analytical, with the patience to work methodically while also driving results with urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, operations, analytics, or related field). Equivalent experience strongly considered.
  • Prior experience in operations, project management, compliance, analytics, or executive support highly valued.

Why Join Munie?

At Munie, our values aren’t just words—they shape how we lead and how we work:

  • Mission Driven – Plan the work, communicate the plan, deliver excellence.
  • Uncompromising Safety – Safety is always the first consideration.
  • Nurturing Culture – People come first: care, coach, and grow.
  • Integrity and Trust – We do what we say we’re going to do.
  • Exceed Expectations – We always go further than what’s required.

We are building a powerhouse team, and this role is critical in helping us establish the structure, consistency, and accountability that will allow Munie’s leadership to focus on growth.
